WHAL is a non profit 501(c)3 New Jersey licensed, child placement organization. We are dedicated to finding permanent solutions for orphaned and vulnerable children.
As a small agency, we are committed to upholding the highest principles in adoption - finding families for children while at the same time providing full and personalized attention to our families.
We are currently pursuing Hague accreditation and intend to work according to Hague standards in all countries.
