Sandra Mann, Social Work Supervisor, has been working in the field of adoptions for ten years and in the field of social work for twenty years. She has a master's degree in special education and a bachelor's degree in social work. Sandra has two step-children adopted from Colombia. She also has several friends and family members who have been touched by adoption.

Julie Clifford, International Adoption Specialist, and her husband Mike, each have a biological child and they chose international adoption as a way to grow their family. They adopted two baby boys from Kazakhstan in 2004. Due to the love and joy of her own children, and the waiting children left behind in Kazakhstan, it is her desire and honor to  assist other families through the incredible journey of adoption.
Regina Shelnutt, International Adoption Specialist, adopted her daugher, Hannah, from Kazakhstan in 2004 after many years of infertility. During the process, she fell in love with the country and its people and came home with a desire to help unite waiting children with loving families. She consideres it a priviledge to assist families grow through the miracle of adoption.
Susan Collins, International Adoption Specialist, Susan is our newest addition to our WHAL family. She comes to us as a parent of two adopted children and understands what you are going through. Her work as a registered nurse gives her an educated interest as well as a heart for special needs and medically fragile children.  Susan is excited about adoption as well as empathetic about the twists and turns your journey can take.  She will be your partner as you walk the path of adoption.
